As always, ordering from Cathe is a flawless experience. I made 2 orders recently to take advantage of the clearance sale and everything arrived quickly. Because I ordered so many DVDs (not sure if I'll always have access to streaming/downloads), I got a duplicate of one and another one was missing, but Cathe's team immediately sent the missing DVD with packaging and label to return the duplicate. Over many years I have accumulated a vast collection of Cathe videos and equipment and her customer support is as excellent as her products.
