As always, it was a great experience. Even with all the orders, I still received my purchase in a reasonable amount of time. I was also pleased with my purchase. I will miss ordering from your website. But the products that I have purchased over the years are of good quality.

Happy with service. Was kept informed via email about shipping and delivery times. Received order within 4-5 days. Also, thank you for accepting prepaid Mastercard for payment. Some merchants do not and that is problematic for those of us who don't want to use our credit cards online.

I can’t say enough great things about Cathe products—they are truly outstanding! The website is easy to use, orders ship quickly, and everything arrives right on time. I’ve loved every single item I’ve purchased. The workouts are some of the best out there, and the gear is top quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their fitness routine!

CD are packaged and sent in a way where they are not secured in the CD cases. Several were floating around in my order and arrived scratched.

You guys could have combined my two recent orders in order to allow me full free shipping on both orders. Your website says free shipping for dvds only, but buries free shipping on other non-dvd products. That should be a caveat posted upfront that some non-dvd products may be eligible for free shipping. You told me they can't be combined but your website also says all sales are final. Meaning no cancelation. Then you tell me you've already paid for the shipping cost and could not as a courtesy refund me the $7.50 s&h charged on the second order. However, it's ironic that my credit card had been charged for the purchases two weeks before the orders even shipped. It wasn't until I asked for my tracking numbers that my orders then got shipped. So there was plenty of time to refund me the $7.50 or cancel the two orders and make one order for free s&h overall or you could have added a free product to make it right. There was a way to provide me better customer service in this situation, but you chose not to provide it. You chose to be greedy and say no to anything I asked for or suggested. I just didn't think that your company would be about greed. No wonder families and households are hurting because so many have their hand in the pockets of hard working Americans and don't want to give up their greedy share. I can't even enjoys your products now. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I love all the DVDs I received and can’t wait to use them. However, one of them was out of stock and even though I promptly received the credit I’m disappointed that it was several weeks before I was told it was out of stock. The moment I saw you were having a blowout sake I immediately ordered so I’m sad my full order wasn’t available. Of course it’s the one DVD I was excited to order. No hard feelings and you have a loyal customer.
