Great service. I got the dip pull-up bars. I did have some issues fitting the top tubes into the base on one side. The plastic cap wasnāt quite round. I finally made it work by filing off some excess plastic.

Cathe's workouts are always amazing and effective. Cutomer service leaves a lot to be desired. One of the DVDs, "rhythmic step+" appears to be a digitization of older workouts and it has multiple issues. The rhythmic step workout volume goes up and down all the time for no reason and the other two workouts have very poor visual quality. I am trying to return this DVD and am rec'g the run-around. There does not appear to be a phone number to call so I am at the mercy of them responding to my email which is not happening. I have bought a number of her products and have been a good customer. They should treat good customers better than this.

Hi Blieu F, I hope you're enjoying your STS 2.0 workouts. We haven't released the STS 2.0 User's Guide yet and this is the reason the link doesn't work at this time. We should have the User's Guide up in just a few more days.

I receive the sta 2.0 but no user guide. I understand if they are going to not provide a hard copy but at least make it available on line. I understand it is because you wanted to make it available to those who pay for on demand but that only makes me feel like I am an invaluable customer. I paid over 150.00 which is more than the 10.00 monthly charge. I hope that a hard copy is offered to everyone.

Hi Anna L, The STS 2.0 User Guide will be made available in just a few more days. As we have always done in the past, our User's Guides can only be made available after we publish our streaming videos because the User's Guide not only contains links to the streaming workouts but also 70% of the information in the User's Guide (chapters, rotations, premixes, etc) are generated from Cathe Ondemand database). Hence, we have to wait to publish the Guide until after we finish the streaming videos and the database. But just so you know, streaming customers will get to see the User's Guide at the same time DVD and download customers do too, so all customers are treated the same. We've said from the beginning and throughout the presale that The STS 2.0 User's Guide would be released after the streaming videos were launched, so there should not be any surprises here. We know everyone is anxious to get started, but it's only going to be a few more days until the Guide is made available to everyone. I'm very sorry to disappoint you, but hopefully, this will explain to you why it takes a few extra days to release our User's Guides.

I used the wrong payment method and so immediately after I placed my order I sent an email asking for help in changing it. My email was never answered and my request to change the payment method was ignored. I couldn't find a phone number to call anyone at either. Very bad customer service! Other than that it was ok.
