I had a good experience coming back to Cathe.com after an extended (~15 year?) absence (severe osteoarthritis in both knees forced a radical change in my workout habits). After several years of stationary bike and elliptical work, with some Cathe Strech Max and Low Impact series workouts (the only DVDs I kept after my knees blew up), I decided to see if Cathe had any new knee-friendly workouts. The site has changed a little (for example, I was unable to find the behind-the-scenes production photos/videos I enjoyed in the past), but I still found it easy to navigate. After reading through the descriptions of the various available workouts and reading user reviews, I decided to try LiTe Body Weight and Bands and ICE Metabolic Total Body. The ordering process was just as easy and flawless as I remembered, the DVDs arrived promptly and in good condition, and I am really enjoying incorporating these videos into my routine. These workouts are refreshing my nearly 60-year-old body, and my knees aren't complaining. I am so glad to be back!

I ordered my dvds and received the order I. Less than a week. I’m based in England so such a quick turnaround is really impressive.

Hi Sherry, your order has to total at least $50 to get free shipping. As long as it does you will see a selection for free USPS shipping in the dropdown box.

I've done two DVD's from my collection, and really like the content and information provided on the muscle groups and activity of them. I have purchased Cathe's DVD's in the past and really like her style. I also appreciated the packaging of the dvd's so that they are not damaged during delivery.

I have been a "Cathe Client" since the late 1980's and own all of her workouts. However, this brand new latest set of workouts is her BEST EVER!!! I love them and honestly Cathe, I really am grateful for the wonderful work that you do. Kind Regards, Dianne Tam, Australia

I've been ordering products from you for years, first when living in London, UK and now in Brisbane, Australia. I appreciate Cathe and her upbeat presentation, the wide variety of workouts, the receipt of workout DVDs within two weeks of release (when I've pre-ordered)

I've purchased Cathe's box sets for a few years now, and the content is always excellent. My only minor issue is that the case the dvd's came in wasn't protected w/bubble wrap and it broke in transit. the shipping employees are notorious for this stuff. Other than that I'm very pleased.

Cathe's workouts are awesome, and her new ones are wonderful. Low impact but fairly tough. I think the weight workouts in the new LITE series may end up being among my favorites.

Cathe never disappoints. I especially appreciate that her warmups and cooldowns are the real deal and perfect for her challenging workouts.
