Hi Gary, you can view video clips of all our videos on our https://shop.cathe.com website. If you're looking at a "bundle" you usually need to click on the individual DVDs to see the video clips. You can also see all of our videos, including Cathe Live video clips, at https://www.youtube.com/user/CatheTelevision/videos Hope this helps.

I ordered my first series from Cathe and I can’t wait to do all the workouts, so far I have only been able to try one. This isn’t my first purchase from Cathe, I have many other workouts from the last 15 years, Body Blast series and individual dvds for variety and still do them faithfully every week. I have also worked out to her videos on cable for many years, she’s a hero! Previously l have been able to track Cathe orders all the way.cathe lite dvds are a different story staff advised it won't track until it reaches australia..why can l always track My other orders..???So much for pre order other Aussies are able to track lite dvd all the way..not happy to outlay this money and no idea where parcel is and be advised it can take 30 days.l purchased due to the usual excellent tracking info and fast shipping from cathe..wondering if you the DVDs were sent!

I have to say I love Cathe’s workouts. This review is regarding her customer service. I cannot tell you how impressed I was! I accidentally ordered 2 of the new workout bundles. Nancy from customer service sent me an email to make sure I wanted 2, (which I didn’t!). I had heard stories about her and let me tell you they are all true! Unfortunately, the code I received in my order didn't work and I had to contact customer service for a new one in order to download my videos. I also find the limited time frame and number of clicks to download to be a terrible system! Most other online/digital workouts that I buy are available from an account where I can stream them or download at any time. It is a much better system both from an ease-of-use perspective and security (I will never lose my videos). I find it frustrating that I don't have an online account with Cathe where I can see my past purchases. I've purchased a lot of digital videos and had trouble downloading them (for various reasons) each time. I don't plan to buy anymore because the system is so poor. It is too much money to spend with a high risk of losing my videos and limited access to them (as I can't stream them online and they must be downloaded to my device).

Love the new LITE workouts. I am an advanced exerciser, but am able to adjust the weights I need to on these videos to make it a challenge. Its fun and a change in routine. The pyramid bonus workout is a great one, too. I recommend adding it in when you purchase.

I ordered the new Lite series. I luv it!! My dvds were scratched. I got a new set within days. They were still a lil scratched and one dvd skipped 3 times. It did continue playing though. It’s ok because they responded quickly and even though the new set is still scratched, I can live with it. For the price of the series I just expected DVDs that We’re not scratched. But I’m still a fan!
