I had to pay $23.84 in customs fees... I will NEVER buy from you again. And besides it's the second time that it happens. I buy pre-sale to have a good price and I have to pay customs each time... NEVER AGAIN.

Hi Mariee-Josee, I'm sorry you had to pay customs fees, but these are taxes charged by and collected by your country and not by us. We have absolutely nothing to do with collecting or charging these fees. As we state on our website all International customers are responsible for any import fees and taxes their countries charge, but on the plus side, you don't have to pay any type of sales tax. Hopefully, you will consider ordering from us in the future, but you should know that customs in your country, at their discretion, may charge you import fees and taxes. Unfortunately, there is no lawful way around this.

Loved it. So excited to have the products directly on my computer and to not have to use cd's or dvd's anymore. Played it, exercised to it. Thank you so much!

5 Star very easy. Only request is that the gift certificate could be used for either dvd purchase or streaming.

I have been a Cathe fan since she first started. I will continue to buy her CD's and have always had a great experience with shopping for her workouts. She is and will always be my favorite workout instructor.

Any problems I had were from the Canadian side. Although it arrived at Customs on January 15th, it took until the 23rd to arrive here. It cost me $25.32 in GST/HST (goods and services tax). This is the first time I've had this happen. Bummer!!

A little frustrating when one of my LITE dvds wouldn't play. I feel like I am a great customer since I have pretty much all of Cathe's systems. I felt like I wasn't believed that the dvd wouldn't work. It isn't like I return everything or cause any issues so I found that a little frustrating. I don't feel I should have issues with a brand new dvd out of the box, especially since all the other dvds worked properly and the replacement works. I still love Cathe and am sure I will continue to order Cathe's programs.

Great service from the team but I do f8nd it frustrating that when I’ve bought a download if I need to download after 120 hours I have to co tact the team for a new link. However if I am sent the link when I request it then I guess it’s ok. Would prefer the link to last forever as with other workout downloads I’ve purchased.

The DVDs are worth the wait.
I’m a little disappointed in the packaging. I thought the DVDs would have their own individual casing. Other than that I am happy with my purchase and it’s content.

Hi Aida, with our discount bundles, we always package all of the DVDs in a single case as this allows us to greatly reduce our shipping and packaging costs. We then pass these savings on to everyone who orders our bundles. You can purchase the LITE DVDs as separately packaged individual DVDs, but the cost is much higher than buying the bundle. Thanks for your feedback and I'm glad you're enjoying the new LITE series.
