I will be sending it back due to heavy fees I am being charged at the post office

Hi Jessica, I'm sorry but we don't accept returns on DVDs. The fees you're referring to are not charged by us. They are import taxes charged by your government. As our terms and conditions state all International customers are responsible for all import fees and taxes. This is something we have no control over. If you have any questions please contact our customer service at support@shopcathe.com

Bought on pre-order, as I know Cathe's videos are great. Delivery came quickly, and the LITE program is excellent. Innovative combinations, challenging workouts, and brilliant chapters and premixes so I can choose exactly the right workout for my time and energy levels on any given day :)

I have been a huge fan and long time supporter of Cathe's work outs. I have purchased most if not all of Cathe's workouts and I continue to use them and keep them in a constant rotation. Even the oldies but goodies. Hands down Cathe is one of best video fitness instructors I have ever followed, and I have followed many! Her videos are my best option, since I can't take one of her classes live. I have never had an issue with customer service. I usually pre-order Cathe's work-out series because I know I am going to enjoy them and I have yet to be disappointed. The new series is no exception. I have almost tried all the routines and they are so much fun. Don't let the name Lite fool you. You can make it as hard or as easy just by increasing the intensity or changing your weight selection. Thank you Cathe for all that you do for us.

Always enjoy the good workouts! Been waiting a while for this one to come out. Everything is good except the broken tab on the DVD case, so it can’t stay shut. Will look into getting that replaced.
