If you did not receive a response with a ticket number, it means either we never received your email, or you sent your request to the wrong address. Shipped as soon as was available January 9th but only arrived yesterday and I had to pay extra duty!! This has never happened before. If I had ordered through collage videos this would not have happened.

Hi Patricia B., unfortunately, we don't have any control over who your government charges import taxes and fees too. This is also true whether you order through one of our distributors or us. We are all subject to the same laws and rules. You package actually shipped on Jan 10th as did all orders by USPS and it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for a package to be delivered by USPS from our facility in the USA to Canada, so it seems you received your package within the normal USPS delivery window. Also, import taxes are applied randomly and often are not collected on smaller amounts of money, but you never know when and if any order will be charged an import fee as all imported orders are supposed to be charged. There are a lot of people in Canada that ordered the LITE series that didn't have to pay an import fee, but there are many that did. I'm sorry you had to pay the import taxes this time, but we have no control over this, nor does any company, and so you're aware the money charged to you goes directly to your government, not us. Love Cathe and her products BUT there has to be a better way to handle a purchase of digital material. I received my dvds but have no idea where my digital passcodes are to download my digital workouts. I can’t be the only one who doesn’t have a home for months to keep this info. Why can’t it also be sent out with our invoice when we receive the dvd’s in addition to when we order. It should be just a simple computer sort program
