Recently purchased OnDemand access, it was too confusing to try to coordinate my training plan. I prefer my DVDs & downloads. I love Cathe’s weight training, boxing & HIIT, however I’m just the step portions are too complex for me. I prefer other forms of cardio.

Hi Patricia, we made LITE downloads available on Jan 11th. This is not something we send you. Instead, you just go to https://cathe.com/here-is-how-to-download-your-pre-sale-lite-downloads/ and follow the download instructions. You will need the "gift code" you were sent automatically when you ordered the LITE series in order to claim your downloads. If you have lost your code you will need to contact our customer service department at support@shopcathe.com to have your code resent. Our customer service department is closed now but will reopen on Monday at 9 am eastern. Hope you enjoy your new LITE workouts!
