Before committing to a purchase on your website, I called to check availabilty on Wed afternoon. The customer service assistant was not very obliging. I placed the order only to receive a call this afternoon (thur) to advise that not everything was available !!

Good morning, I apologise for the length of time before responding to your feedback. I understand you were using one of our old sites and admittedly the stock on these sites are not always correct as they are almost 20 years old! We are moving stock over to the new website (with accurate stock) at a much faster rate now so we hope any issues like this can be avoided in future. Regards, Ian
