Hi John, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered bullion coins and our usual packaging is to place the coins into a single bag and then wrap securely. Based on your feedback we will review our procedure as to how best we can stop bullion coins rubbing against one another. We always take feedback on board and hope this meets with your satisfaction. Did what it said on the tin. My only comment would be ordered a display with plastic capsule BUT the capsule didn't fit in the cutaway of the display case.

Hi Stuart, thank you for your feedback. We can see you bought a display box that only fits the loose coin. We do apologise for this and based on this feedback updated our product pages including the coin and both presentation boxes in order to make it very clear which box fits which coin/capsule etc. We hope this prevents any future issue for you and any other customer. I communicated with Lesley re the purchase of a coin. We agreed on paying by bank transfer, and unfortunately my bank (Clydesdale) had gone into meltdown, so that this was not possible. The Chard business was very professional and efficient. However Royal Mail emailed me 3 times and text twice to say it was in transit and with me by 1pm next day. However it was a day late which concerned me and I had to chase up to ensure it was not lost. This was not in Chards control and not their fault.
