I've made a few online purchases from Chards over the past couple of weeks and have been very impressed. I think the website is very well laid out and easy to use with no confusion about prices or margins etc. I think Chards are a traditional business offering expertise and great service which is sadly becoming very lacking in the UK now. I Can't think of any way you could improve.
