Response from Chards Coin and Bullion Dealer
Aug 01, 2018
Hi Neil,
Many thanks for the feedback. Free postage is a topic that keeps coming up and we often get asked why we do not offer this as standard as many of our direct competitors do. The free postage deal is often funded by slightly higher prices either on specific products or just in general. This price increase often prevents a customer from getting the best possible deal. We have a blog should you wish to read more and it can be found here: https://www.chards.co.uk/blog/free-postage/26. We will happily discuss further if you wish to get in touch. Thanks, Ian
