My only concern is the amount of vulnerable evidence of my identity and my bank card that I have had to give you. You have everything you need for someone to steal from my account, including my photo, address and signature on the driving licence and passport. This worries me and I hope that you destroy the data once you have finished with it and before it gets into criminal hands.

As you may already be aware we have to follow money laundering regulations imposed by HMRC. All identification that we collect in line with this must be kept on file for 5 years as a legal requirement.
