Would have appreciated a capsule, it's a little disappointing to receive a coin in a stapled together piece of card. Still, it was a pleasantly smooth experience to buy from Chards, and I'll probably be back for more.
Response from Chards Coin and Bullion Dealer
Aug 21, 2018
Good morning Anthony, firstly thank you for your feedback. We do not include capsules as standard with every coin as this slightly increases prices for every customer whether they want a capsule or not. When buying bullion coins this can increase the price too much in some instances. We do however sell capsules and often link this on the product pages. On this occasion we can see there is room for improvement on the product page as no link has been provided. We will endeavour to keep product pages more complete with this type of information to prevent recurrence. We hope this is a satisfactory outcome. Regards, Ian
