Hi John. Thank you for your feedback. The item you purchased was a pre-order product and when you placed your order you will have received a pop up stating the lead time. This has to be acknowledged before you add the item to the basket. Your order confirmation email goes on to state;
"Products on 'pre-order' or 'orderable': please be advised that we will despatch all these products as soon as we receive our allocation into stock. You will be contacted with a further update to confirm shipping."
We do not refund any orders for investment products, as stated in our terms and conditions and when you placed the order.
