Fantastic customer experience from ordering to receiving my 1oz gold queens beasts completer coin. I was given a delivery date and tracking provided. Wish I’d known of Chards before I used Royal Mint who didn’t provide tracking and lost one of my orders. Another order which they didn’t provide tracking for or a delivery date to my horror was left by courier on my doorstep, it had nearly £5K worth of coins in it. I will definitely be using Chards from now on. Thanks for a fantastic service.
