Unfortunately, when buying coins for investment purposes, as well as for collection pleasure, 50p or £1 difference per coin is substantial. Many other reputable coin dealers are offering free postage and at £3.50 per item, it is creating a situation whereby the coins can be bought cheaper from other sellers and in individual coin capsules as well.

Happy with prompt delivery and the order was received in immaculate condition. One thing which let me down was that I have not received any email communication since I placed the order until a few days after when my order was about to be shipped. It would be great and reassuring to receive an order confirmation email as soon as I placed an order with regular updates until the order has been shipped.

Then an email notification to confirm shipment within 2 working days of your order being placed if your item is in stock. You can also see the status of an order in your account area. Great experience. Customer service very helpful. I think I missed a notification at check out saying that the sovereign wouldn't be available until the new year so I had to check in with customer service to learn that. Maybe worth making the pop out more prominent for thickos like me! Thanks.
