Dear Mr. Chard,
I was a little bit skeptical about ordering a gold Britannia in UK, because the high price of the coin, the international shipping to Germany and the payment in Euro.
But everything has run quite smooth and the tracking ID allows to follow the package during the shipping, this is very useful.
As feedback, I would add an invoice or packing list inside the envelope only as information.
I will purchase Britannias again, I love this coins, and I am sure that I will repeate with Chards.

Good website. Product as expected. Would be preferable if the pricey cardboard presentation box had 'Chards' written rather more discreetly. Second class post is often much slower than first class and costs little more for small packages but no first class option, only a much more expensive tracked delivery service.
