I have found Chards offer the best prices for gold bars/coins in comparison to all of the other UK bullion retailers. Service is as expected & I have had no problems with delivery. If you don't use them already, you are paying more than you need to....

It was a great experience buying from Chards. The process was quick, easy and user friendly. The only recommendation I would make is that you offer the option of PayPal to make it even easier as well as direct debit, thanks. I am an international customer and have not yet received my purchase so would love the opportunity to comment after receipt of the goods, although I have full confidence that I will be totally satisfied. The quality of the articles was excellent, but the shipment with Royal Mail and GLS (later outside UK) lasted 11 (eleven!) days. I would recommend for the future shipment with FEDEX (as e.g. Roma Numismatics does it now), so that you can receive the articles by the next day. That is the reason why I can give only four stars.

5 stars for yourselves who kept me fully informed. The delivery was a day late and didn’t arrive until that afternoon, even though it was supposed to be guaranteed before 13.00. I suppose it could have been due to C19, however....
