Good service and communication. The item arrived within the projected 4-6 week time window. Actually, it was shipped in less than 4 weeks. Royal Mail next day guaranteed delivery took a day longer (I assune due to Covid) but this was not a big issue. Overall, I am very please with the service Chards provided.
