Overall very pleased. Only criticism is that I’ve never received a tracking number. Also that nowadays post persons are not asking for a signature. This often means that post is delivered without being able to check for damage to parcel. Therefore claims for damage might be harder to prove.

Thank you for your review. We shall look into why you never received a despatch email with your tracking reference. Sometimes this can arrive into your spam folder. Due to Covid19,our insurance currently covers Royal Mail signing on behalf of the recipient, but they should only sign once you have agreed to accept the parcel. If this was not the case please do let us know and we will look into this for you. We would also recommend not accepting any parcels that appear damage or tampered with. Thank you for your order.

I had a George V Sovereign that looked odd (improperly cleaned) and it had a coppery colour compared to other Sovereigns. I wanted it assayed.
