Add to that the fact that your Metals Account offers me no protection at all by not segregating client deposits, whether in currency or precious metals, shows your company does not care about its customers.

Product not particularly well packed, cardboard outer coin box cover had skight bend in it due to this. Although I did manage to straighten it OK. And also when I opened the box , the coin capsule had a slight chip on edge of it, that was clearly visible as soon as you opened it. So a bit disappointing that hadn't been seen and changed before sending out.

I had done some extensive research and looked up a number of gold bullion dealers. with my calculator pen and paper at hand, even though other dealers were offering free delivery; their prices were higher than chards.

when I weight up free delivery against CHARDS paying postage CHARDS were still by far cheaper.
