Wrong item sent. Spoke to staff member on the phone who said would look into it as she needed to obtain the original order form. 1 week later and have heard nothing since. Son trying to complete a collection left to him by his late Grandfather. Not good customer service.

I am very sorry you received the incorrect item. We tried to contact you but there was no facility to leave a message and we apologise for not following this with an email. As with anything, if you have received an incorrect item we will happily exchange or refund as well as covering the cost of return postage. We hope your son completes his coin collection. If there is anything else that he is missing we are happy to check our stock. Not everything is listed on our website.
