Only issue was that Royal Mail dropped it in the letter box, didn’t ring the doorbell or get us to sign it. Infact they signed it on our behalf. If it got stolen from the letter box, who would be responsible for it. It specifically states that it’s signed delivery but that was not the case.
You might want to review your postal deliveries.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see we gave you an option to take delivery of part of your order which was in stock for an additional postage charge. Before this shipment was sent, your order was fully complete and despatched together with the additional postage refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 working days. UK Bank holidays are not included as a working day. I apologise if you were not informed of this. UK insured deliveries arrive next day and international deliveries are estimated to take 5-7 working days. I apologise for the delay in receiving your order, we will review our process.
