Good, professional and customer focused. I didn't give 5 stars as I was surprised a third of the sovereigns I tried to sell were considered "grade c". In most houses, many of b these sovereigns would have been fully acceptable. Chards calmly explained to me and I can only fully respect them for their handling and customer management. Wrote an email with picture to prove address as id just moved house. Attached a picture of my council tax bill showing my old addreess which I just moved from (card was still registered there) and showing my new addrees. I said if it was a problem I would simply want a refund. Instead of this I simply got an email the next day saying it had been dispatched. Surprise surprise to my old address. Would not use again. I clearly stated in the email my situation and my address but rather than replying they simply sent it out to the address which I said I dont currently live at anymore.

For security reasons we will only despatch to the billing address of the card that you have paid with. However, I am sorry to hear this was not dealt with better. We will look into this to see how our communications can be improved.

I was sent an email telling me that my package would be collected on 7 September in the morning. I finally phoned at 2.40 pm because no collection had been made. Chards were very helpful but could give me no reason that DPC did not do the collection. I have been emailed another return label and collection has now been scheduled for tomorrow morning so I will have to wait in again.
