Tried telephoning several times to make an enquiry about a product shown on your website but no reply and it wasn't convenient for me to leave a message and await a call back. I therefore emailed my enquiry but the responses were slow and took several days. The product on your website which I was interested in was unavailable and a substitute was suggested, which I purchased.

I ordered a special coin collection for my son’s 18th birthday which arrived as promised. Unfortunately, the presentation casing had some slight damage so I contacted customer services and explained. I have to say that the assistance I received from that point onwards was 5 star. The staff couldn’t have been more professional, so polite and helpful, as well as understanding of the fact that a speedy response on their part was key to not spoiling a very special birthday surprise. They delivered on everything they promised with time to spare. I would definitely give Chards my future custom and would highly recommend the company to others.

The product arrived well and relatively fast, but the communication was quite poor. Minutes after ordering the items I sent them a message and an e-mail to combine the order with a new one, in order to save shipping costs, but I didn't get any reply. Today the first product arrived, and I'm still waiting for their answer.
