Their web showed a bar was in stock, after I placed the order they phoned and told me they have no stock, and asked me to accept a second-hand one in a different brand or wait for 24 days for my order. It was close to Christmas and I don’t know when I’ll get it if I’m waiting for the stock. I had to take the second-hand option, with the price they gave on the phone.

Great website, prices and customer service. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the £9 delivery charge, which is advertised as next day, but it actually took over 48 hours.
