Bought this upper a while back. There were delays in procurement and shipping, neither could realistically be avoided. Then they informed me (after it shipped, prior to arrival) that it was likely incomplete and to let them know.
It was in fact incomplete, missing two pieces. They worked diligently to resolve the issue with me, coming up with a solution that benefited both parties, after I suggested a different course of action. I would gladly do business with them for their customer service alone. And aside from the two missing parts, the product was perfect, and mind you they noticed the error before the product even arrived and wanted to fix it.

Was very skeptical at first with this site, but took the bait anyways. Happy to say the upper was delivered exactly as described and was new in box. We are still trying to figure out why the 32 rounders are much more popular than the 30 rounders. Is the two extra rounds? Or is it better quality. This has been a great seller for us, and we are not really a mag shop. Glad you can enjoy !!!
