Glad you liked our rifles and components. It is unusual for your email to not be answered. Many emails get answered in 2 hours, most within 4 hours during business hours. It is highly unusual for an email to just get unanswered. We do use auto responders that help our agents answser common questions. We do not discuss actual orders from emails that are not the same as the order, and we do not discuss orders on Chat or emails that start from chat or FB Messanger. Maybe that was the case. We do treat our customers privacy with extreme caution

Great upper but I think for the price I should of been able to have an ambidextrous charging handle instead of this one. When I requested one I was told I’d have to pay the full price for a different charge handle.

This model is a military correct version with the PRI "gas buster" charging handle. Some uppers and rifles do come with options, some do not. Every option we offer slows down our builds, so in this case what you were offered was to buy a second charging handle. When we are slower, we are able to make substitutions easier, but with the order volume we have, every note that has to be read, every price change that has to be made slows down our delivery times, so we have to make choices on where we make options possible, and where we sell the product as designed. What I do know is that you will love the upper. It has been very popular. Unfortunately, the parts are getting harder and hader to get and taking longer and longer in 2021.

The firearm is awesome as expected. The case(which is cheap in the first place) had a busted clip which I didn't complain about) I paid several hundred dollars above what I should for this weapon but that is the sign of the times. The guys at Charlie's were excellent in pretty much every avenue.
