So just to start off. Since I pre-ordered this product a while back, Charlie’s has on their own sent me numerous emails confirming my order and reassuring me that it will come when the time comes. I’m a pretty patient person and very understanding during this pandemic. With that said, I’m sure people have been emailing them impatiently and mad even though it’s mostly out of the companies control. I’m excited to receive this product and look forward to purchasing more things from Charlie’s.

Most excellent! Same optic I used in SOCOM in the late 1990's... and in similar condition also! Glass is clear, finish is a bit 'battleworn' but I think it is great because it is authentic. 4 MOA dot is a bit larger than the latest Aimpoints but I don't mind, just turn down the brightness a bit to refine the dot.

Maybe you are not comparing apples to apples. This is a product we invested in R&D to create with Allen. This is specific to a Colt barrel, and not a standard M4 part sold off the shelf
