Maxim Defense 5.56 tactical pistol build kit - BLK & FDE
My Maxim originally arrived without a buffer or buffer spring. It was pretty much a paper weight.
However John immediately diagnosed the problem. Ryan arranged a return shipping label and as a gunsmith fixed the problem. Ryan even called Maxim to learn an H3 buffer was best.
Also kudos to Mark and everyone for follow up!
My Maxim 5.56 arrived back to me today. Yeah, it took a little time, but the dialogue, efforts to make a manufacturing error right and Ryan’s repair, tune up and lube extra effort shows that Charlies is a class act!
