This piece took a little while longer than expected to arrive. However, the guys over there at Charlie’s did a great job. Thanks to, Jonathan the upper has a KAC rail instead of the lower cost rail system the upper is suppose to come with. Thank you! Very happy!

Mil-Spec Teardrop Forward Assist Assembly (retro)
Ordered 2 teardrop forward assists to replace the round assists that came on 2 of my AR15 upper recievers..I have never liked the looks of the round assists, and always replace them..The teardrop assists from Charlies installed with no problems, looked good, and worked great..Shipping was reasonably fast..I would be happy to use Charlies Custom Clones again with confidence!

Despite some forum members’ negative remarks about CCC, I went ahead with my purchase, as this site is one of the few sites that has certain rare-collector items available.
I was thoroughly satisfied with their customer service, communication, and overall ease of transaction. With this purchase, I was not concerned about price - however, if people think their prices are too high, but cannot find certain products anywhere else, those are simply the laws of supply and demand! A company can charge whatever price they choose - if an item sells, it’s not “overpriced”.
Based on my singular experience, I will be buying from CCC again and believe that any prior customer service issues people had with this company have since been rectified.
