I installed this on my Colt M4 with a USMC Vicker Sling. This side swivel is identical to what we pull out of our Armory. Fired a couple of times on the range table 1 - table 4 and is perfect.

Well the product is fine. The handling of the order and customer service were absolutely abhorrent. So bad in fact; I consulted my attorney in York County Virginia about filing suit for breach of contract, after zero communication when I attempted to cancel the unshipped items. A small claims suit which I haven’t completely ruled out. I ordered items listed as in stock, which were apparently not. I needed them for Security Work and even lost income over the whole thing as I was delayed in providing my service to the contractor I

sorry you had a bad experience. We had a flood of orders on these, and ran out. Then the manufactuer was back-ordered. Allen is a small company, and it takes them time to get their product to us. Next time, give us a call, and we will take care of you. Who is your attorney, we might know him. Our attorney went to law school at William & Mary, so might be neighbors.
