Knights Armament KAC 5.56 M4QD NT4 MAMS Muzzle Brake
I have an M4QD flash suppressor for my Gemtech Halo. It has next to zero play when I attach the suppressor to the gun. I used gauge rods that indicate the center of the bore in relation to the suppressor. Everything stays centered.
The M4QD I purchased for you has play in the suppressor. Using a gauge rod it doesn't touch the sides of the suppressor hole but it is too close for comfort for me to fire the gun with the suppressor attached using your cloned flash suppressor in fear of a baffle strike.
It might work but I am not going to take the chance of damaging my suppressor.

it could also be your safety selector. Buying parts from different brands means you often have to make small adjustments.
