We are never the fastest, but this is slower than usual. Looks like a combination of increased Holiday business, decreased staff (we give them time off during Christmas), the Winter storm and slower than normal delivery times all came together. Hope to see you again.

Yeah, that is on us. We started a project, and found we had not worked out all the testing, so had to go back to the design and start over. I think we sent the optic, and the hood was delayed. Not to be a smart ass, but the price of being an early adopter. We have it working now, and will expand to offer as a service as well.
