Always a great place to get what I need.
Once problem I have is how long it takes to get what I ordered. If in stock it should ship right away I would think not a week later or more. And I wish there was someone to talk to about orders emails never get same results

I think January is our worst month in a long time. A combination of switching remote warehouses, and have some new people in the shipping room, put us behind schedule all month.

This is a sore spot for sure. We just put one of our senior people in charge of returns. We had some turnover, and to be honest, we have not had many returns, but with our growth from a small business to a national brand, our focus has been building and shipping and out the door, and the return process is complex, and we are adressing it to improve it in a big way in 2024. Sorry for the wait. I hope your issue gets solved. Nothing is more frustrating that a product that does not meet your expectations.
