I had never bought from them before, but Charlie’s was the only place that I could find that had the item I was looking for in stock. The shipping was expensive (I could only get my transaction to go thru if I picked the most expensive shipping option $50 otherwise the page wouldn’t load) but the item arrived safe and sound and was exactly what I was looking for. I’d buy from them again.

It looks like you purchased when the US Postal Service changed their package service in July, and we did not have all the new codes. Got it fixed. Glad the mount worked.
