Great communication along every step of this transaction. This purchase involved an FFL, there were no undue delays, received about 10 e-mails concerning this purchase. Got what I ordered fast in perfect condition. Only negative comment, shipping was a little expensive compared to the big on line gun stores.

Product selection and price were good which is why I decided to place an order. The shipping timeframe is noted on the website and was in line with when I needed the products. When my order got to the end of the expected shipping timeframe but had not yet been picked, it became apparent that I would not have the products on time and I reached out to the company about cancelling my order. Rather than respond to my inquiry about cancelling the order, my order status was updated to a point that cancelling the order would incur restocking charges; the order was not shipped until a few days later.
I will continue to shop at Charlieās because I prefer to support small businesses when possible, but will shop elsewhere when ordering products that I need on a deadline.
