Charlie's customer service and FFL compliance team walked me through the entire process, answering any questions I had and I received regular automated email updates explaining to me exactly what was and needed to happen. The lower itself arrived in excellent condition, without any blemishes or defects. Functionally it has worked flawless thus far. Hi Todd. We try to balance our shipping costs with the effort required to package and ship a small number of products. We do offer free shipping for most items with a minimum purchase of $150. We realize that with our armorers and warehouse supervisors doubling as shipping staff, we have expensive overhead, and encourage customers to fill their cart.
I see you took advantage of our really great price on magazines. I know it is disappointing to see the average price approach full retail. Our shipping cost for one or two small items is high, but you will find, that it does not increase by much as you fill your cart, even if you don't spend $150. The best advise is buy a few more, and the unit cost per magazine will be much lower. Thanks for shopping and thanks for your feedback.
