Received lower DD 2 weeks after order -- had thought it would be faster -- did not receive much communication at first ( hence the 4 stars) but when I asked to be kept up to date as to status -- CCC did step up & kept me well informed as to status. Explained that since it was just a lower - a bit more work involved as to ATF & just hands on work as opposed to a total rifle.
Have not had a chance to put lower to upper yet but the lower looks good & the Geissele trigger is very nice.
All & all -- good service - so far all good ( unless for some reason the lower has issues when tested) -- but -- as is now - would for sure do business with CCC again in the future.

You will love the lower. Just for those reading, the ATF part is that this lower was removed from an SBR, so we get some lag time occasionally during high demand with replacement rifles and the ATF process to transfer an SBR to us, and also we delist the lowers from the NFA registry.

I probably won't be a returning customer. The shipping time took 1 week longer than any other supplier. The ergo contoured hand grip I ordered was the wrong color. The customer service phone line is either the wrong number or the entire staff is out to lunch. If Charlies didn't happen to have the particular charging handle i wanted in stock, I would have bailed on the whole order. Look up Optics Planet.com and pay attention to how they work and operate. Charlies needs to revamp their whole deal to be more like opticsplanet. Thumbs down, not a happy customer, pay more for service and support from a big name, professional store next time.

We know we are a bit slow. We can have quality, service, selection, and speed. But you have to pick 3. I am just surprised that you think Optics Planet is faster, or a model to strive to be like. There are great e-commerce companies out there, but OP is not on our target to be a role model. Thanks for the feedback.
