I wanted my order shipped to a different address than my billing address. I was informed that this was not possible with my first order. I have no issue with this. I promptly messaged to have you guys send the mount to the billing address. I waited one week and heard nothing. I tried calling and was not able to speak to a person. I sent a message and an email to ensure someone would see it. Luckily you guys responded. A lot of wasted time and difficulty with communication. I will not buy from you guys again

Well, we do move our customer support folks off the phone and offer webchat, when things get busy. We make it seem easy, but we are a small business of under 10 people, and in the case of making corrections to your address, we do send an email on how to fix that, and calling is not one of the answers. Sounds like we replied to the email. We also advise new customers to use the same billing and shipping address. This is done to protect you from fraud. Trust me, it is easier to cancel and order that does not meet the fraud screening, but when things look otherwise promising, we sent and email with instructions on how to fix the problem. Yes, it is a hassle for all of us, but sounds like it got worked out. Sorry you would make a judgement not come to come and visit due to an address issue. That is a tough one, brother. hope you give us another try.
