Charlie's has great prices and a one of a selection of hard to find parts you won't normally find in one place. My favorite part is the collection of information and personal description they have on just about every item instead of the generic manufacturer's description although they include that too. I value their opinion on the different manufacturers and used the information while selecting a trigger for my BRN-180 build and they did not disappoint. Also, they sent a text message directly to my phone when their was an issue with the package being delivered so I was able to still pick it up that day. I will 100% be using Charlie's Custom Clones on future builds and have already recommended them to a couple serious gun enthusiast friends.

Yes, that is what we strive for. Mostly we try to hit the 98% clone correct and high-end market for scopes and suppressors, but when we find a value at a budget price, we cannot resist listing that, as not everyone can afford the BMW today, but most still want to look.

Thanks. We strive for that. Someone compared us to a pure retail operator in Arkansas, and said their prices and shipping were faster. We looked and prices were about the same, but they did indeed try to ship same day. But, no phone, no address, no online chat, just email. If we have to balance between service and advise by real gun guys and veterans to help with your selection, and fast shipping, we are going to do the former, and try to do our best with the latter. You cannot have the best service, the best price, the best products and the fastest shipping. You can choose two, and be okay at the others. It is like pushing at a balloon. Thanks for your feedback.

Were you aware that we offer free shipping for orders over $150? One difference between us an many online companies is that we focus on larger components, and have small parts as a byproduct of the larger components that we assemble or manufacturer. We lose money on the guy who buys that "one small part," as our warehouse and shipping team are also gun guys and armorers. So, we encourage either a larger purchase, or to fill your cart up. Consumers pay for shipping one way or another. Either with higher costs, lower selection, or pay as you go for shipping. We try to hit the right balance. We have to earn enough to pay for overhead and top-notch talent, and keep it affordable enough for you to return. It looks easy, and when you look at Amazon, they invest $100's of Millions in robots and delivery. We have less than a dozen people trying to figure out the right formula for our customers every month. Thanks for your feedback.

Okay, we will take a B+, and work on the A- next semester. I think the guys who give us an F- either have never done business with us, or are that 1/100th of 1% where we did fuck up. You cannot run a cheeseburger stand and not have a perfect cheeseburger every time.
