This is an ordering experience review. I ordered a product that was obviously mis-priced, but I thought, WTF, they might ship it. Order got cancelled, so I was pretty bummed. Got an email explaining and apologizing, and got a $$ coupon for my troubles. Not bad. I then read a online forum (not going to say which), and a bunch of people were giving charlies ****. Oh well, I wish I got the product for less, but good of them to give me money off on the next purchase, which is this one.

If you ask me, what I like is the reviews. Not every online shop has real customer reviews. I actually read them.
And, what nobody is talking about is the elephant in the room. The points. the Charlie Points. Geez, I got points for buying, points for joining Instagram, points for referring a friend, and then i get $$$ coupons. The prices are good, but when you factor in the point rewards, you are beating the living **** out of anyone else on net price.
I have made 5 purchases, and you are not getting rid of me. I am using those points. Keep it up.

This might not be normal, but I placed an order for hard to find ammo, and it shipped the next day. CCC has this "thing" with automated emails that tells me every step of the process what is happening. Reminds me of Grub Hub, except no map. Good sense of humor. Really like the helicopter taking off with my package and then the Army Rangers landing with parachutes to deliver. But, I thought ammo was ground delivery. LOL. See ya next time.

Oh, btw, yes, you are unusual. We are normally not that fast in shipping, but even a broken clock gets the right time twice a day.

Found you guys from a thread on LMT subreddit. A few guys recommended you for LMT rifles, so looked around. You guys stock a lot of LMT products. Glad I stumbled in. You never know what you get from online comments. I picked up the 13-1/2" MARS-H Battle Rifle. What a great idea to swap out with a Surefire flash hider. This rifle is so smooth. Thanks for the great service once I arrived. I asked my local dealer to email his license, and you guys sent me emails updating me on progress, never leaving me in the dark. I will be back for a can or glass.

Well, super. Glad it worked out. We love being an LMT dealer. A lot of time it is just educating people on LMT. It is not a household brand to many. We think it is one of the better rifle companies out there, for AR15 - AR10 type military style rifles with accuracy and durability.

I purchased a barrel from you two years ago, and the pin broke when I was changing the brake I had pinned on. I emailed your customer service, and they told me I could not get a refund. The barrel was great until it broke

Sorry for the disappointment. Two quick follow-ups: first is that you need special tools to hold the barrel when taking off a muzzle device. You cannot torque the barrel and expect the extension pin to hold. It will break. Good news is that can be easily fixed by a good armorer or gunsmith, or return to manufacturer to be fixed. Second, in this case, we were the dealer, reselling a barrel, so any defects are handled by the manufacturer. We will repair or replace a damaged item upon receipt, but not after use, unless our team made the barrel. Good luck.

Great experience. I purchased a very small part. But, interesting story. I purchased a Sig red dot, called Sig customer service, and they said to call Charlies and ask for an Aimpoint mount. Huh? An Aimpoint mount for a Sig optic. I called and spoke with Mark, and he helped me find it and took the order over the phone. Extreme service for a small part, but really curious that Sig referred me here. I had never heard of Charlies, but Sig knew you guys. Part works great.

Hi Charlie. You had what I needed, and then I used Credova to finance. That was actually a nice feature, as I was going to wait on my tax money, but Credova did financing. They gave me a short term option with little fees and a longer term option that I thought was a bit costly, but I had choices, so I "pulled the trigger" on an LMT MARS 7.62 rifle, and the rifle shoots like butter. Now I need to choose a scope.

Not sure if you know this, but we offer a pretty good discount on high-end optics when you purchase a full rifle or upper receiver group - god for 90 days, so pick your scope and use online chat, or give us a call when you are ready.
