Everything I ordered shipped quickly. The best part of the shopping experience was reading the review from the guy that ordered something and then cancelled, and then told you to ship it and then not ship it, and then when he got one-day shipping, proceeded to complain bitterly about it. That was some funny stuff.

Not much to say. These are guys I can trust and they have the best selection on the planet. Buying is a good experience. I wish something's like Knights were in stock more, but it is what it is. When I need help, they are there. Mostly, I browse and buy and they ship. No complaints. Prices are fair to high, but I am not shopping at Walmart either.

You guys think you have custome service but you do not. I purchased an upper receiver last night, and then I changed my mind, so I emailled and said do not ship, then I decided to keep it, so I tried to call and nobody answered the phone until 9:00 am, and then I told him to keep the order, and then I changed my mind, and nobody answered the phone and I left 3 emails and then the upper receiver shipped to me the same day and now I am screwed, and you want my feedback. My feedback is I love what you carry, but you still suck.

I like your selection, and appreciate that you can export some things and somethings no. But, why does it take 6 days to ship and I have to register with some agency. In my country, we put a stamp on it and go.

I think overall the site worked pretty well, and I appreciate that Charlie's carries some harder to find items, and is willing to ship them to CA. The reviews posted by customers on the site are also very useful, both the positive, and the negative ones, and contribute greatly to feeling comfortable as a new customer to purchase items from Charlie's. It's obvious that the reviews are high quality from actual customers, and that Charlie's takes the time to respond to them where appropriate.

My only hiccup so far was the centurion shipping protection added to my $50.00 CA compliance package order. It probably shouldn't be an option to add to that, and it wasn't incredibly obvious that it was being added, as you can't see the total amount you're paying in the last confirmation step.

I would recommend a few changes here:
1. Allow inputting FFL dealer info during the checkout process, I'm assuming I'll be asked for this later
2. Allow checking out with the CA compliance package and your main order in the same checkout order. I'm not sure why it's required to do that step separately, although the instructions do state it.
3. At the final confirmation step to place your order, show a summary of how much you're paying and what the item(s) are. At least when I purchased the CA compliance package, the final order amount wasn't displayed at the last step to confirm/place my order, making it difficult to confirm that everything looks correct.

Mark was very helpful. I had to cancel an order, unfortunately. I just changed my mind on a custom-made upper. I did have to pay a small cancellation fee, but it was my choice. I will be back when I can spend more.

Great selection of excellent gear. It is a little bit pricey, but isn't everything these days? They sometimes take a bit longer (than seems necessary) to ship the orders out, but they get it right every time.

Good experience. Good selection. Nobody else had the actual AEM5 suppressors for my Gordon build, and service second to none. I will be back for a scope when my tax return hits my bank. CCC did me a solid.
