Thanks for your business, Mark. It is a balance. We have limited phone support, but Mondays are hard to get a person on the line. We are a small business and must allocate people with precision. Our customer support are real gun guys, not a call center. Other online merchants usually either do not take calls, or have clerks answer the phone. If we staffed up the phones, it runs up overhead, then we would price ourselves out of the market. If you have a question, you can reach us by online chat, email, Facebook messenger, and even ask for a call-back if the lines are busy.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a scope and Charlie's sent me the wrong product. Had to send it back. Once they had the product back, it took another 20 days to get the correct product. No one bothered even once to apologize for the mistake they made or the added inconvenience. Will never purchase from Charlie's again. UPDATE: Charlie's sent me an email responding to my review which began with "Sorry for the inconvenience." You can tell from that apology that they were SUPER sincere about it. The email continued with an explanation of why my service was so bad. "You ordered a product that the warehouse was not aware of" Then why is the product listed on the website if Charlie's is not prepared to ship it to customers? They were perfectly prepared to take my money. The email also stated "returns are a very manual process that is not fast." So when Charlie's screws up an order, customers should just go ahead and expect a slow return process. Got it. Good to know.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Looks like you ordered one of the newer Coyote Sig MSR scopes, and the warehouse was not aware of the new shipment. You mention this in your note. To be clear, we had black, and the shipping person did not realize we also got Coyote in. The black was a big seller, several every day, and speed took over accuracy. We are in the process of implementing bar coding, and we are not there yet, which would have avoided this issue.
I do not have all the details on the return and replacement timing, but returns are a very manual process that is not fast, and we had the Holidays with people out on vacation, which I am sure contributed to the delay. Hopefully you have the correct scope and are happy with it. I would encourage you to try us again, and see if we can move that 1-star to 5-stars. We are a small business and when we get it wrong, we learn and try to improve. Thanks for your honest assessment

You guys rock. And, I need to publicly apologize. I am a cloner through and through, and I heard nothing but bad things on Facebook clone group, and thought you guys were something you are not.
Then I contacted Matt and he was so helpful on the phone. He helped me get all the parts I needed for a clone build, and we talked and is ex-Army, and an I am a Marine. Green and Blue talk **** about each other, but he was 10/10. Products arrived timely, were spot on authentic. No china ****. Now, I am a customer for life. I am just not sure I can tell the guys on Facebook, or they will call me names.

Hi Neal, yeah, we have found a lot of misinformation and an echo chamber of rumors on Facebook and Reddit, and occasionally on other online forums. Who knows, man. Glad you had a good experience and can share that. We publish all authentic reviews here, so hopefully the truth will find its way.

Awesome service, authentic scope. I will tell you what is hilarious is to listen to the **** talk on Reddit. One guy said he was told that you were out of stock on this model and offered another model. Called it bait and switch. I am sorry, that sounds like good customer service to me. If you run out of a product and offer me a solution, I appreciate that. Other dealers will just cancel the order and not say why. This is a crazy world in #2A community. The problem is we eat our own.

I'm currently building an AR15 and needed a daniel defense barrel nut. Contacted all EU dealers that are listed on the Daniel Defense website and unsurprisingly, the customer service was slow and some didn't even respond.
CCC exports parts to the EU according to the law and oh boy, they do it fast and uncomplicated.
The customer service is really nice and fast, even for such a small $29 order.
This is my second order from CCC and definitely not my last, European dealers have a LOT of learning to do in this regard.
Thanks to the great CCC team for, repeatedly, such a great customer experience.
I definitely recommend them, even if you need to wait some time till the parts make their way over the pond.

Albert: Glad you had a good experience with us in Europe. We are exporting. It is a minefield, as we must comply with our manufacturers and whether they allow each part to be exported. Many do, some do not. And Easy Export does the heavy lifting for us with US export laws, and then individual country import requirements by type of product. We are happy to partner with Easy Export, because we could not get all the international handshakes correct.
