Some of our competitors are hard to reach: no phone number, no chat, email that gets returned next week. I get it. It costs money to have real gun people serve our customers. Thanks for shopping

I was not able to find what O needed by manually searching within the website but found what I needed off a web search result ( Century AP5-M 10round mags since I live in Communist WA. Charlie’s was the only site I could find that had it in stock. Also got a welcome discount of $10 off $150 or more purchase. Every bit helps.

It is nice to get compliments, but more important to know what is working and what is not. We promote a community at Charlie's and hope that people can learn by reading our product pages and blogs and also new customers want to hear about our customers experiences. It helps to make an informed decision, since new customers cannot walk into our lobby. So, we promote experience sharing, pics of completed projects, product reviews, and also reviews of our service. We do get a pretty high percentage of customers leave reviews. We like that.

I was not going to write a review, but you sent me two emails, so I feel obligated. First, I purchased a suppressor from ya'll. Good suppressor, good shopping experience. The brand is not important. Knowledgeable staff, good shipping times, so I am 5 stars. Then I saw that you carried something called Otter Creek suppressors. I downgrade for that. I have seen posts on AR16, Instagram and Reddit, and the things I have read are just so incomprehensible that I start to question your ability to make a good decision. So, down to 1 star. Then I read that you are not carrying this company anymore. So up to 3 stars. I grade that somewhere between 3 and 4.

Yeah, we have stopped doing business with OCL. They did not like working with us and we did not like working with them. That said, their product is not bad, so do not downgrade our logic too badly. We wish them well, and we wish you well, and hope you return.
