Really wanted to get my husband the Badger Dead Level he's been wanting for a while. I was a little skeptical because I'd never heard of them before and everywhere else was sold out and backordered. They had it for a decent price and not too bad shipping either. Received it 2 days after it shipped. 4 days after ordering because I bought it on a weekend. I will definitely buy from them again should the need arise.

I chose you guys for the sole reason that you are the only seller of daniel defense parts kits after two weeks of searching. Firstly, your name is confusing and thought I was settling for a clone. Secondly, the website stated an expected ship and delivery time on the product page, which was brought up to the support page when the timeframe was exceeded. Then the support staff writes an email to me saying "Sorry. Your **** is in line to be processed, and probably there are quite a few orders ahead of yours. Better ?" No name or identifying information is attached to the email and they blamed a pandemic for the late shipping and that the "listed time on the product page isn't accurate" because of it.
A short time later, John much more professionally let me know that a system error had occurred, that it had been shipped and that the system wasn't behaving.
I was appalled by the customer service and the second star is only there because of John's response.
