I have used Charlie’s twice now for hard to find and custom uppers. I was skeptical at first after reading bad reviews but the items shipped on time, communicating with Charlie’s was actually easy, items were as described. I will be using them again when the items I want come back in stock.

Glad you had a good experience. It is good to hear from real customers. You will find that most bad reviews are from people who have never done business with us. Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, AR15.com are full of people who hide behind fake names. Our 3rd party review service and Google publish real people reviews, and those are generally honest.

We try. We will not always have everything in stock, but the more people who enter their emails when items are out of stock, the more we try to get it back in stock fast. :)

Good products but shipping was terrible. Took 10-12 days to ship an in stock item. I asked about status and got an automated “backordered status”, then a day later “shipped”. They are clearly overwhelmed. I did finally get my item.

Not easy to work with, never answer calls and terrible with responding to emails. When they do respond it’s like a robot responding not a person answering my question. I would not order from them again.
Also to add to it. I ordered a Colt lower then when I registered my Form 1 stamp they said it was a duplicate so after dealing with them and having the firearm in my possession I’m still having problems.

Your situation is a little unusual, We have several guys working to fix this and have received your lower from your local dealer. You also purchased from us right after the Black Friday rush, so anything not straight forward is going to have a delay.
