Second purchase. All went well. Got a ZCO scope and could not be happier. Thinking about one of those LMT rifles. I appreciate the automated emails that let me know about status. I did find it hard to call, but eventually got through. I started to be critical of this, but then as I shop around at other sites, most I cannot even find a phone number or email, so I will put that comment in check, but an area to improve, I think.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Phone support is on our radar, keep in mind that we cover three time zones in the USA, and now getting some international export customers. We have to balance customer service cost with keeping our prices competitive. We want to err on the side of customer engagement, but we do have people who are only price shoppers, and compare us to other shops run out of garages or by mega stores which either have no phone or chat support, or have call centers with clerks. Our support is with real gun guys, some law enforcement, some military. It is a constant balancing act. I know we make it look easy, but our business is a lot tougher behind the scenes, from technology infrastructure to credit card fees to training, product development and supplier interactions. But, we love what we do, and are thankful that you have made two purchases, and hope we can sell you that LMT rifle to mount your Zero Compromise to. !!!!

So far so good. I just found Charlie's, and like that products I am interested in are in stock and competitively priced. I got a notice that an item was back in stock, and pulled the trigger. Waiting to see how turn around and shipping go.

I have to reply and thank you for offering shipping insurance. My product was delivered to my door, or so the Post Office said. Tracking noted that they left the package at my front door. It was not there. I contacted Matt on the phone, he explained that I had concierge service, and my product would be replaced, but I had to wait a week or so, and the Postal carrier delivered my package 4 days later. Turns out, he delivered it to the wrong house. Then Charlies Custom Clones sends me a replacement. I contacted Matt and returned the second package. We all know that USPS is not the best, but CCC was there for me. Thanks.

Alrighty. Did you know there were knock-off fake Mk12 parts? I did not know. I talked to Ron Allen a while back, and he said he was having warranty problems with people using fake collars and barrels that were not correct for his suppressors. He told me that Potomac and Charlies works together to get the right parts so his suppressors fit. Man, I guess I am slow, but I trusted other brands, and now I will only buy from Charley for real Allen parts and barrels from my Mk12 and my real Allen suppressor. Good to know

You are correct, and not sure why so many people make knock-offs, not to spec. Ron publishes the spec. Better to stick with Allen Engineering, and Potomac for barrels.

First time buyer. Extremely happy with my product, price and shipping. But, you make it hard to buy from you. I had a different shipping address, and I have never had anyone give me a hard time like you guys for shipping to a different address. I did it to avoid sales tax in Texas, get a life.

Branson, sorry for the hassle. You will find more and more online shops either will not ship to a different address, or they use expensive anti-fraud software to screen your identity. We use a combination of screenings that our merchant bank employs to score each transaction. We are laser-focused on being sure you are who you say you are, so you do not get scammed by someone stealing your identity or credit card. It is not that we want to give you a hard time, but we are protecting you from the very high rate of fraud in online shopping. We have to hit a balance. It is easier for our bank to just decline the transaction. You will find this is tough on new customers - but we tell you when you check out. Returning customers do not get the same level of scrutiny. Hope you return.

I thought you guys were scammers. Nobody carries some of the stuff you carry, and sorry, I called every day, thinking you took my money and scammed me. Well, my package arrived this week, and the scope and the rail were authentic. Sorry for being an ***. I just never heard of ya'll and my friend told me that a clone is a fake. I spent a lot of money. It is all good. I will be back.

Glad to help. Don't shoot the manufacturer, we specialize in stocking hard to find Surefire items. Surefire does not deal much in direct customer sales, and we usually have to wait many months for Surefire shipments, but we get them in. :)

Charlie and his team hooked me up with probably the best quality Mk18 upper I have ever seen or shot. Someone told me that Pew Science uses Charlie's Mk18 for there's test platform. I am debating having Charlie build a Mk12 for me or saving up for a Mk22. I talked to HCS about thier Mk12s but was not impressed.

I just received my PGW "EFR". It looks like you are starting to carry more M40 parts. That is good. I am planning an M40A5 build. I see now the barrels and stocks are coming. Is this a passing fad, or are you committed to USMC sniper rifles? What about scopes? I suppose I could call. Thanks for the great service so far. I will tell my range buddies, for sure.

Well, thanks for your purchase, and your comments and questions. Yes, the M40 USMC clone space is somewhat new to us, but we are committed. We have been the go-to Surefire supplier for M40A5 rifles, and have found a steady business. We will be stocking the barrel blanks, the McMillian true military stocks, the PGW style EFR from SOL Strategic, bipods, Badger rings, Badger bottom metal, muzzle devices, and we have some S&B 3-12 scopes, we need to see where the demand is in reticles. What are we missing?

Thanks for asking me to give my feedback. While I am a sample of one person, FWIW, I had a good experience. I found products on your store that I do not see anywhere. Most of what I wanted was in-stock. Your emails kept me advised every step of the way, including tracking and delivery, and I found the service with chat to be helpful. I would try to eliminate some of the pop-ups, your search can be improved, I think. Also, while price was not an issue for me, I would warn people looking for more vintage products that this is not a flea market. I still rate 5 stars overall, and hope to return. Oh, get more HK in stock. And, thanks for the very professional packaging. It is clear you are not a fly by night eBay operator. And, just so people know, a CLONE is not a FAKE. It is REAL.

Based upon your comments, I would have down graded us to 4-star, so thanks for your optimism. There are those that give 1-star for some mistakes, when really it should be 2 or 3 stars.
